Richard co-founded OSI with his wife, Kathleen, in 1983. An entrepreneur, Rich developed OSI’s business model with a focus on impeccable business ethics and a dedication to the well-being of his company’s employees. A former U.S. Army officer whose service included a tour in Vietnam, his financial acumen was advanced at IBM where he served on the Corporate Internal Audit staff and at Storage Technology Corporation. Leading OSI’s team, Rich sets the example with hard work and a commitment to customer service excellence.

As Chief Operating Officer, Kathleen oversees OSI’s daily operations and quality control. Kathy’s focus includes production management, purchasing, and warehousing. Her background in teaching, hospice work, and victims’ advocacy has elevated the company’s human resource vision and teamwork abilities.

Director of IT and Client Services
Jennifer oversees client services and solutions in the role of Director of Sales and Client Services. Her background in communications combined with an in-depth knowledge of OSI’s systems are pivotal in helping to maintain the company’s high standards of excellence and security via the prioritization of internal resources and timelines. She formerly worked for the State of Colorado in customer service management. Jennifer is a member of the Business Marketing Association and a board member of the NCPCC.

Director of Operations
In the role of Director of Operations, Kate is responsible for ensuring the performance, productivity, and efficiency of all organizational operations. Her previous professional experience in patient care (Heart Center of the Rockies and UCHSC) has aided in the development of OSI’s lifestyle employee benefits program.
